Products imported by us are sold under our 3 Year Limited Warranty as included with each product.

Warranty Repairs

Warranty repair shipments must include proof of purchase (copy of the original bill-of-sale). Such repairs will be returned prepaid and insured.

Sekonic products purchased from or distributed by MAC Group may be sent through your local dealer or directly to our national service headquarters or other authorized service center.

Return Policy

Sekonic prides itself of building the best light meters and providing unparalleled customer service. Our goal is to make sure the image makers who share our passion are completely satisfied. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.

You have 30 days to return your merchandise. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition. Please include a copy of the packing list, a note explaining the reason for the return, and whether you would like an exchange of equal value or to be credited (excluding shipping). While there is no restocking fee, shipping charges will not be refunded.

In the event you feel there is a manufacturing error, please contact the Service Department and we’ll do our best to make things right.
