I use my L-308s Sekonic exclusively with my Nikon F2's and it has never disappointed me, not like the previous light meter I own. In my opinion, this one is flawless - I have no complaints. It's a beautiful piece of equipment that I've come to rely on for continued beautiful images. Close

I love the ease of use of this meter for street photography. It is accurate and holds well in hand. One drawback which I really don't get: why would you put the on/off button so out of reach ?!? I have to flex my fingers to somehow use the meter when singlehanded (camera in one hand, meter in the other). I could do with a bigger meter if the on/off button was placed correctly. Close

I really love mine (actually the 308DC version for video production) and operate the ON/OFF with my thumb. The design, determined quite a while ago, was to make Power button prominent without being it in the way. That and make the meter simple to operate, with as few buttons as possible. When compared to the controls on today’s DSLRs, the 308 is the model of simplicity. I love my Nikon but still keep bumping into to buttons that I shouldn’t. Glad to see you using a meter and taking charge of the image.
